How to Calculate Your Body Mass

If you're a lifter, ignore BMI. If your body fat percentage puts you into an obese category, then you would be best to use either lean body mass or maybe just figure out what your body mass would be if you were in the average category and then use these numbers for that. Sometimes they'll report it as like your ideal body mass, but I kind of also hate that term too. Because what, I mean, what if, wait, that's kind of like saying that if you're not ideal, if you're obese? And I don't know for some people, like, you're not Ideal, if you’re obese. That's what they want.
