The cancellation process is something that's so like, i think, overlocause. If they started paying for yoursofft er, that the they kind of, like had a specific expectation. And being able to test all these different approaches to understand better your customers makes a lot of sense. We haven't tested making people call in. In our other businesses, we're against it. But am, at scale, it's for a lot of complit jus tus not an option.
