The way that we eat in America and the rest of the world, our diet now is about 70 to 80% plant. So if you think about a breakfast, orange juice, bread, jam, all of that are from plants. There's like 20 anti nutrients in plants. And then the last thing is the way that we are harvesting plants now, it's so different than back years ago. We use GMOs, we use herbicides, even the amount for organic carrots is double or triple what we use for just generic type.
