The Power of Sympathizing With Teachers

Sally Kohn: How do you get people onside? She says one of the most powerful tools is sympathizing. If i can't understand it, at least I'm coming from a good place she adds. The idea of listening and understanding some one else's perspective is 'the most powerful thing you can know' And so if you can like everyone o's telling themselves those stories,  you'll be better able to achieve change.
