Do High-Rep Squats Work So Well for Mass?

If you've been injured, and the injuries in the past, find some slower, similar movements to add as you build your way up to those ballistic movements. Do squats produce more testosterone than other lifts? That would be an interesting study. I heard there was a study where high school athletes did nothing but squats, and their arms grew in an inch. Is it the time under tension, maybe so? The first is, when you back squat, you don't use your hands. And the hands are often limiting exercises.
