Are There Ethics in Negotiation?
Josh: I think there are ethics, but am i don't think it's a huge component. Usually the ethical things areou about information disclosure and how this negotiation might impact parties who are uninvolved. Josh: You're just talking about, you know, the company's job is to make a profit. And so you're just having a business discussion about, ok, well how can i enable the company to make more profit?
