Introduction

This episode Sachin and Adam reflected on the previous podcasts and the guests they had on. What did they learn and what insights did we gain from some of them? We also had a chat about Sachin's mens physique bodybuilding contest that he's entering in 4 weeks time. The preparation for this competition has seen Sachin working hard in and out of the gym and we talk about how it's affected his mind and body. We then talk a bit about the future. Where are we now and where are we headed? It's been a while since our last podcast but very soon we hope to be doing them consistently again :)
