How to Train for an Ultra?
I know a lot of my listeners range from people who are aiming for a six hour marathon all the way up to people who are probably in that three hour marathon range. The general principles of your training don't change, just specifically how it's applied to your situation is what really does change. A lot of runners who ere in their forties and his fifties tend to have massive life obligations to and just aren't sleeping very well.
