Why I Love to Hire People Because They're Passionate About What They Do
When i went off o my own directly, my hire was finance in operations. I could have done the invoicing and all that other stuff, but it would have sucked so much time away from what i was great at. So if you're going to go into every interviewan, your goal is, i'm trying to get this person for the least amount possibled. Number two is, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys, is is the rule. You want somebody that loves that doesn't do it because they have to, but does it because that's what they're passionate about.
