The Importance of Pricing Design
A lot of Indian businesses tend to make mistakes of pricing on cost-plus basis, which is terrible, terrible approach. So it took me a while to unlock this understanding around value metric and I don't have a business degree so it didn't click for me. What is value and value is basically what kind of needle are you moving for your end customer. And what are those attributes in regards to pricing? The value metric is what are those items with which you can gauge the amount of value that is being extracted from your product.
