Getting to bed at a reasonable hour of the day, not too late at night and not having too much screen time before we go to bed. Temperature can be a really important thing that regulates the quality of our sleep. If you live in a hot environment, perhaps having a fan using air conditioning,. but by the same token, if you're cold, it's important to stay warm while you're sleeping as well.
