The Importance of Sticking to Your Equipment List
The very first list had bench press in it. This was last year though. When they revised the equipment list, there was no bench in it. And what that says to me is we are intentionally taking this out, telling us that we will not test this. That's why as a coach, if something has come out before, then it stays in your rotation. If you have a list, stick to the list. Don't change it. Especially for those that are most predisposed to peck injuries would be those that are older masters.
