How to Qualify for a Job

The first thing I do is compare it to your LinkedIn profile. If the dates don't match or the missing jobs, then we're going to start there. So again, this is something that oftentimes served on and sort of a drive by fashion. It's like with a prospect, you're qualifying people. Why do you want to waste your time and attention on people that aren't fit? Not that are bad people. It's not a fit for your situation.
