One of the things I've noticed in talking to lots of different clients about M&A and M&A decision making efficiently is alignment. The senior management team has to know where we're going, that's number one. Number two, you've got to communicate, communicate, communicated, and then over-communicate on top of that. You have to communicate through various channels. One of the thing I always talk to my clients about particularly is they get going on a larger deal... integration planning time just due to regulation is going to be a bit long.
