How to Make Carame Water
In the baking soda, baking powder episode, there is acid and it breaks apart into H2O and CO2. And in the case of sodas, what you'd learned, carame water, we had learned a while ago and kept in your memory was that it's basically the same thing in reverse. So how can you just like force some gas into some liquid? Well, actually gas is more soluble when liquid is cold and under pressure.
