The most applicable concept is called s si, it's like three things to think about. It's a setting up for your anatomy. A bigger, wider chest im is going to perform a lift differently than someone with a more narrow chest. Stabilized would mean, if i'm doing a curl, a bicep curl, i really want to stabilize my shoulder joint and make sure that the only joint that's moving is my bow. The way we initiate and exercise has been really useful for me.
