The Power of Detachment

Suffering is only caused by bias about the world, because you've already been hurt. And so what is motivating detachment, it is nothing but fear. I don't actually know what I'm frightened of until I get in there and into the fear, into the pain and just feel it to its end. That's the difference between feeling and thinking, feeling it processes it. Emotion has the tendency to prolong pain,. Whereas feeling has the definite, not just a tendency, feeling ends it. It can be fast or slow depending on the depth of the relationship. But that's a game where it comes back to the body which is where you feel these type of feelings at that level
