How to Prepare for a Leg Day

I'm extra cautious about what I eat before them because I want to make sure like that I'm fueled and ready. One tool I really like to use with athletes going into meat prep is if we've got the room in their weight class. This is the perfect place to put you in a very slight surplus or refeed days. So five to seven and a half percent over your maintenance calories will do wonders for your recovery.
