It's got to be about distinctive brand assets. Figure out whether you've got any and how strong they are. And if you don't, how are you going to build them? I'm assuming I'm talking to a brand manager. But yes, it's grossly underestimated how valuable those things are in the medium and long-term to your brand success. So focus on that. If readers took only one thing away from the book, what would we do? Would you hope it would be?
