There are so many simple things that you can do to make meetings more effective. Make sure it's very clear what the meeting purposes you nowt make, i make the actual description of the meeting obvious. And then put in agenda in there with some key items that you are trying to cover. So those things are really simple that can make a pretty dramatic difference in the way that people rerceive your meetings.

In most organizations, moving up means managing projects. And if you want to grow your project management skills, you’ve got a wealth of resources to choose from.
