Do You Ghost or Do You Reject Everyone Individually?

I don't ghost because you know everyone believes that their thing is the most important thing right and they're doing it because they want to do a good job. You got to give them your time but then I also need to think okay How can I empower that person so that they don't have to check everything with me? Um, so I yeah, I don't ghost but I think you know, it's just putting structures in place.
