If you get 100 resumes, how can you do better than one third chance of picking the best one? You take the first resume and you learn from it. The hours we spend looking at resumes don't come back. I should spend two thirds of my time exploring things thinking about positions I already have or new positions I might want to put on. Ask your friends for input. Like if you have a decent network around the world, you will have people to talk to about interest rates and turkey in 2019.
