The Neoclassical Architecture of a Developer
The artificiality and the sense that. it does feel like the classical language, even in these very early ones. You can sort of see that he's thinking, yeah, this could break down a little. I mean, if you really want to psychoanalyse them, it's not right. These buildings don't care about kind of Bosere planning either, or proportions. They're just playing him fairly freely playing with what he's got. And he was knocking these designs out at a real rate of knots and making loads of money. At the same time, he was doing a few interesting buildings, but I think we'll get on to those in the next episode.
