The first five to 10 hires were so critical. Every one of those people I wanted to make sure was it your sharky kind of in my own swim lane salesperson crushes numbers, goes home and that's that. People should be really excited about selling a product that's not a nice to have. Figma is critical software used by people eight to 10, 12 hours a day. The technical aptitude of her first function hires was really, really high. These people were almost pseudo sales engineers.
