Is a D Load a Waste of Time?
A de load week is a real thing. It's real, and there's valid to it. Most programmes last four weeks - some are six, some are eight or 12. For most people, because you can't plan when you're going to feel strong... i think that way is a waste of time. Weak we're weak one, you go lighter, because you're not going to go super heavy the first week,. doing those exercises anyway. And then weak one, when you start another phase again, teh built in d load Does that make sense? So both of my friends who do work out with me say 'i don't know why I'm so sore' But if
