Are You Doing Too Much in Your Taper?
You want to make sure that you're running in your taper. You don't like drop volume by dropping days. Some runners who have had the experience of doing too much in their taper, sometimes they swing to the opposite direction and ike, don't do enough in their tapers. For me, i will always encourage you to keep a training log in your training cycle so you can go back and review how things went.
