I like training on flow to begin with. I believe that i want to be volsatile in training. So one of the things that caught me in colistenic conisen is i'm not only strengthening or making certain massincops bigger. My fingers get stronger. The joints between my fingers and an the wrist and everything gets stronger. So i want, need to practise that way. O.K? Just leave the parlets for now. And you might rotate. You can do that as a training variation even. Maybe to day i did max effort on floor planch holds, and next week will be on parlel bars at it stimulates your body differently. If you want
