The Original Extract, Residual Extract, Alcohol, Polyphenols, and Polyphenol Compounds Exactly the Same

The original extract, residual extract, alcohol, foam, polyphenols, all of those things are virtually identical. They're not the same, but they're very close to each other. The only one that's different is that bitterness component, which we noticed was because you got higher utilization out of the spent hops than the normal hot pellets. So some difference in bitterness there. And then this is where we enter, you know, sort of, again, one of my favorite pieces of the analysis is the sensory tests.
