How to Turn-on to Run

There are some studies on HRB guided training on runners and cyclists in particular, but I think looking at maybe how performance would change for turning or running. It's typically simple protocols where you look at 5K time, 10K time is kind of very controlled situations. So we can extend it that way to try to balance stress a bit better. And when you see that things are going sideways a bit, maybe try to make some adjustments.
