The Importance of Prioritizing Your Goals

Sometimes in the gym, when you're rolling, try to see how good you can do not using that much energy. You'll be blown away. It is very, very common for people on the bottom to be so aggressive about what they're doing and to be holding on so tight that they burn themselves out. If someone's like posture to their being mega grip, fighty, right? Where they're just like any sleeve, you're like, ah, they're breaking it and stuff. And I think it's also good that you bring up that it is not wise to have the only thing holding down your opponent with two or three fingers.
