How to Pair a Single Leg RDL With a Sitting Knee Flexion
If you're trying to replicate RDL, do you want to live in that zero to 30? That's where my head went. What's your knee angle? Knee angle. I'll depend for the long lever. If I go more short lever, I'm typically 90 degrees of knee flexion. See, I'm thinking shallower. So pairing the single leg RDL with the single leg bridge. And then I thought you'd mentioned the seated knee Flexion. Let's say for whatever reason, all our feeling is their low back working with thesingle leg bridge. Hate that. Instead, I know with the seated hamstring curl, it's going to be the lowest skill movement
