Winter Produce Excites You and Salads

Francis started his salad business in Australia during the winter. Winter vegetables are more exciting for salads than say summer vegetables, he says. He's been really into sweet potatoes lately and roasting them whole like the little ones. Francis also loves hakure turnips - they're so good I'm a turnip fan unashamedly.
