I think for so many people if we thought more in terms of you know being more present and moving our bodies more and getting better sleep and feeling more a sense of community and connection and noticing the good it would go at least a long way is to alleviating a lot of suffering yeah. I wish this stuff honestly were instilled from a very very young age in ways that it's not currently so I think that would be certainly and some people are doing great work in that space but I think it's an uphill battle with all men's.
