In this episode, it's about that idea that a custer has a problem. That the reason people are going to our web sides, buying our products, knocking on our doors is because they're trying to resolve some kind of problem. And so if we can speak about those problems in marketing, collateral and and if our brand promises to resolve both external issues as well as internal ones, i'm sure you'll find them very effective. We were wewre really early in that, and a lot of that code lives on.
