In the study, 75% of participants wanted to continue eating over a 12 hour longer period. Only about a quarter wanted to try intermittent fasting in some shape or form. Most people have their best blood sugar control early in the day and even as you get to the afternoon, your glycemic or blood sugar control is significantly worse.
