Are You Training Too Low?
Even mid-distance runners like the Inge Britzen, they say they do one very hard training session every week. And even this hard intensity, they don't go as fast as in the competitions. So then it's like are we training too fast on general? And then we are not able to push hard when we're in it. It's hard in the mountains because if you have not a big fitness, it's hard to go as low in uphills. But I think to focus your speed when it matters and to do the rest is it's I believe it's it's very key.
