IBS is one of the areas where there are clear links between linoleic acid consumption and irritable bowel syndrome. People who eat more fiber are more likely to have diverticulosis, a type of abscess in the colon. I wouldn't say fiber causes diverticulitis or diverticulosi; it's fiber in the context of an industrial desire by it. And seed oils are playing a role there leads to those diseases.

Today, Paul interviews Tucker Goodrich, Wall Street technology extraordinaire and independent researcher, and Jeff Nobbs, co-founder and CEO of Zero Acre Farms. They take a deep dive into the epidemic of seed oil consumption. They examine conflicting arguments, and then explain why seed oils are likely making humans fat, diabetic, and causing atherosclerosis.
