How to Increase the Polyphenol Value of Your Meal

I think if there was the option to, in addition to my regular diet, have a dehydrated berry dehydrated, let's say, kale, which is the equivalent of a portion each. That could be an attractive option just to improve the diversity of the polyphenols that you're consuming and go have an effect on microbes. And it's probably an easy experiment that you could do to test what the effect of that would be. I'm really interested in this area.
