Research shows that the strongest correlation to happiness is love, bonding, connection and the strength of your relationships. We must cultivate a more emotionally aware, socially skilled, highly empathic core self. Showing up alone is not enough. If you don't have the requisite social grace, then showing up can sometimes be counter productive. In those instances, your presence more harm than good.
