Don't Bring a CEO on a Call
At Slack, we were closing Disney and I was going to have the CIO at Disney. And in that situation, you absolutely should not bring a CEO because you haven't done the job qualifying whether or not they're serious about the actual meeting. That was a picture where I was talking most of the time, which is not great if you're bringing your CEO on the call. But ultimately it was still a waste of time because there was no deal there.
