The Effect of Antioxidants on Hypertrophy
Some people argue that taking an antioxidant can potentially blunt hypertrophy. I would say that essentially, you know, blunting the ability to kind of follow through these processes whereby we're repairing the damage that's been generated. An interesting study would be to see is that over the course of, say, a training cycle of eight or 10 weeks where you're still using the same movements over and over if you actually saw the same response from the insets close to the training window or not.
