Cognitive tunnelling is when you feel whelmed, we can easily go into a cognitive tunnel where we will focus on the most obvious or the most shiny piece of information. Ike: We need to be in a habit of second guessing those stories that we're not sure if there's better out there. The opposite of cognitive Tunnelling is what's known as situation awareness and comes from aviation.
