The Role of Mentorship in Medical Education

Mentorship is really key in anything we do, but i think it's very important medical education. Anyone who wants to succeed ah in their career needs a great mentor who's looking after them. Mentors in medical education are really great for observing your teaching skills. The second thing a mentor can be is a roll model for seeking out a care in that path of medical education. And then lastly and we'll get to this in the next pod.
