How to Start a New Exercise Habit

If you choose a reward for yourself, it's going to be easier to do that task. Choose in advance what cue is going to activate the exercise and what reward are going to give themselves afterwards. Do not punish yourself by just going on to the next task and doing the next hard thing. Your brain will pay attention to that punishment. And its going to make the things that are rewarding easier to do.
