Eating eggs and bacon in the morning is really bad for your cholesterol. We now know that everything that I just told you eggs are a toxic food. Olive oil is part of a Mediterranean diet, we changed our mind about that. Nuts are toxins because they're so high in fat. Avocados are good for you on and on. That was the Atkins diet. The medical establishment basically said, if you go on the Atkins diet, you're going to have a heart attack within two years.
