How to Train for a Muscle Injury

i like to run with my shirt off not you know just to absorb and kind of feel freer and feel everything. If i get somewhere i might take my shoes off and just jump in a river or a creek and then dry out in the sun a bit and run back. Sometimes there's a lot of benefit from dosing yourself with that monotony regularly listen to music or anything  so i try not to do that too much podcast the podcast.
