Hip extension is part of kind of three headed monster that is hip extension, hip adduction and hip internal rotation. So if we can identify that somebody needs more hip internal rotation, how do we go about doing that? For me, i find you almost need this like, three pronged approach to get somebody to move the way that you want. And so there's a sequence to this that i think might be valuable to you.
