Is There a Best Movement Regime for Older Adults or Is It Better to Start With Roguet Training?
I think in terms of modality I mean the way I look at it is that it really depends on what the the functional level of the person is to start with. If you can't even stand up from a chair well without using your arms strength training is your number one modality and so if you do it in that sequence in the nursing home they will walk around 30% more just because they can without you doing aerobic training they will just walk more. There's no benefit of walking on sarcopenia osteoporosis on false prevention on frailty but then once people get stronger they will we've actually shot even in the nursing homethey will walk about 30%.
