Roxan: I remember a couple times where i had thoughts going around in my head. Those were the best fights. Like, i didn't think about anything. I just shut myself up mentally. Do you try things like meditation, o, any kinds of exercises to calm the mind or is it basically just watching anima whenever you're not training? No, i don't really know how to meditate. I get bored, but i id like to go for a jog, and then i just let my mind wander. Maybe that's a kind of meditation, like it kind of like a physical, active meditation, where youe just getting out there and just moving the body.
