The Posterior Chain in Running
The anterior tibialis helps in dorse flexion af the foot. But wen your foot's on the ground again, it helps the knee and the quadruce stay in position. Dorcy flextion is literally the way at the foot, yesif you bring your toe towards you. That's a dorsy flex movement, but it's also relative to the knee and and the tibia. So i exactly, you're creating a smaller angle there because the knee is moving towards the toe. It's definitely something you need to address there. Both anterior and posterior chain both play a part.
